House on Seneca, the story behind it is that a family lived in it a very long time ago and the father murdered his family in their sleep then hanged himself in the attic in the front window of the house. Many people have bought the house, and after a few night staying in the house it goes back up for sale, I have lived in McAlester most my life and I have seen it go through at least 10 families.

Comment by Kriste: What year did the murders happen? I can't find anything online about it. I'm curious because I live close to that house and I believe I have a couple of spirit children here. They aren't here all the time. They come and go. I was just wondering if they are spirits from that house.

We were at Puterbaugh Stadium tonight and we kept hearing a man yelling. There were 5 of us. First the guys went and checked it out but couldn't find anything. Then when they made their way back to us we heard it again.
