They were dancing an old dance that I never saw before. It was not a gourd dance. The old man that had touched my shoulder spoke to me in Comanche. I understood part of what was said but that was all.
The trip down the mountain was very fast. It was a couple of years before I went back to the top of the mountain. I have never been back up after dark.

I ate there back in the 90's and spoke at length with the owner / manager who was a nice woman in her early 70's as I recall. She tole me matter-of-factly that the place was super haunted and that she could never get bartenders or waitresses to close alone as they always got freaked out by the creepy feelings and noises and cold spots even in the dead of summer.

She told me that bartenders always had glasses moved like they would clean a few glasses turn to hang a couple up and when they turned back around the remaining glasses would be turned or moved or rearranged from the way they just were on the bar.
She told me to walk up the stairs and as I stepped on about the 4th or 5th step it creaked very loudly and distinctly not like a house ''settling'' as people always say but distinctly creaked under the weight of my step.
She said I've heard that sound hundreds of times late at night, always around 1:30-2 am. It's the ghost of a saloon girl who lived here back in the late 1800's and would go up to her room around that time every night.
