I believe the two-story house in that town is haunted. I was sitting outside on the porch and heard three knocks from the inside bedroom window. I never liked walking by the stairs either. I felt a heavy presence like someone running down towards me.

When I was in kindergarten we lived in a house right next to the elementary school. The house was new at that time (1978 I think). In my parents closet my mom would see a large man in overalls with a knife in his hand.

Needless to say we didn't live there too long. To this day my mom swears that man was evil and wanted to hurt her.
