On numerous occasions I have seen shadowy figures in different parts of Ponca City. I have seen them during day light around the west side of the lake. A few times I have seen them standing at the tree line next to the water, and I have also seen one running away from me towards the water.
I also saw dozens of them at the same time running from the railroad tracks that cross above Highland.

Comment by Dawn: Yes! My sister and some friends and I were driving around by Ponca Lake one night (about 20 years ago.) We saw a black shadowed creature with glowing eyes that ran from in front of our car into a pine tree. We freaked out and backed the car up to see it. We could see with the head lights what it was. Needless to say, we could only see glowing eyes. It was very creepy!! We left!.

I was up late and I was the only person awake I turned around and.. I saw I white figure and it was glareing at me with it's red eyes! It walked like pretty close then I screamed at the top of my lungs and my dad woke up and grabbed a rifle and the ghost disappeared into thin air and I was thrilled all thoe my mom and dad didn't believe me and never saw the ghost again.
