I don't live in Spencer but every once in a while my brother and I would go help our aunt clean up a business. She hated cleaning it by herself because she always felt like she was being watched and followed and sometimes she couldn't get done by 7:45 pm and that's when the really weird stuff starts happening.
One time my brother was washing dishes my aunt was vacuuming and I was in the middle of the room gathering trash. I was just doing my work when this voice

speaks into my ear. It was a noise like a kid makes when they are pretending to shoot a gun so I think it was just messing with me.
I told my aunt

and brother and we finished up quick and got out of there. Another time I was cleaning the girls' bathroom with my brother and we looked down the hall which connects the girl's bathroom with the boy's bathroom just in time to see the lights go out in the boy's bathroom where we had just finished cleaning.
We went over to investigate and I found the light switch flicked off. We questioned our aunt and she had been in the other side of the building. I think
