Growing up on the old J.W. Haynie Place used to live in the three room house west of the Haynie Place and every morning would hear footsteps. One morning with full moon out decided to look and see who was walking from kitchen to parents bedroom. Heard the steps, but saw no one walk past the window.
Then the two story house north of there people would move in and be gone within two to three weeks. Every time I went there the hairs on the back of my head

would stand up.

I was once told a story about a little ghost girl in Tipton. I was told there was once an area in Tipton that was like a park or something. The little ghost girl was spotted several different times. She was always seen in the same spot and was always holding on to a little pair of brown sandals like they were very important to her. I am just kind of wondering if anyone else has heard the story or have seen this little ghost child.

I grew up five miles outside of Tipton. We had a ghost of a lady living with us. We would hear the backdoor unlock and open. It would shut and lock and we would hear a woman in heels walking through the house but never saw her.
