The Tipton home has had a lot of ghost sightings, now I don't know if it's because of the ''accidents'' that happened there or if there some kind of hole to another place in time. But I know that something is not right about it.

One day I was going to the office with my house parent Mr. R to switch the water. And when I look up into the top part of the office I see a little girl's face looking back at me. I turn away because Mr. R was talking to me about what to do tomorrow and when I looked back the binds moved back in their normal place.

I asked Mrs. R next morning if it used to be part of the kids' living space and she told me yes and that along ago the home had a fire in the top part of what is now the office that one little girl died inside.
And it's been redone and all that but it's been locked ever since that day.
