I don't have a ghost story to submit but I would like to comment on the listed ghost story about sightings of ghost German pows around Tipton who were shot trying to escape. I have throughly researched this and there was indeed a German pow camp in Tipton from October 20 1944 to November 1 1945 when it was closed.
During this time there were four escapes carried out by inmates with all four escapees recaptured alive. No inmate was ever shot and killed by a camp guard. As for local men being jealous of the good-looking German inmates I have not encountered any information on this being true or not.

Between Tipton, Oklahoma and Altus, Oklahoma is the small community of Humphrey's, Oklahoma. A mile and a half southeast of Humphrey's is a rather prominent Clay Hill. In earlier times there were once two homes on top of the hill that have long since fallen apart and been hauled away.
Two years ago stories began circulating about a ghostly pale fair haired boy who could some times be seen standing on top of the hill. It is said that this ghost boy is about 15 years of age, holding school books and crying.
