I lived in Tish most of my life. I started out living in an apartment with my mom and brother in '96. We had just moved back from Missouri where we had been living with my grandparents. I got up one morning a week or so after we moved into the apartment and my mom asked me why I had been running up and down the hallway all night singing.
I told her that I hadn't. Every morning for two weeks straight I would get in trouble for the same thing. I'd had enough of getting in trouble for nothing so my brother and I decided to stay up one night.

Mom went to bed around 11 that night and within 20 minutes of her closing her door we heard a little girl singing 'London Bridge is Falling Down'. I got up off my bed and tippy toed to the door. It was cracked so it would let in the light from the bathroom.

I peeked through the crack and at the end of the hallway just inside the living room was a dancing girl that was about my age in a light grey dress with black shoes and long red hair. I heard my brother gasp behind me so I glanced back to confirm that he was seeing the same thing.
When I turned back she was gone. We lived in the apartment until I was 15. By then my mom had seen her as well. We started calling her Clerice and we would tell her that we liked her singing. Over time we started seeing and hearing less and less of her.
