My grandparents live in Westville and told me about this ghost sighting. When I stayed with them last summer we were all together outside sitting on the lawn and looked over towards the water tower and saw the ghost there.
Lord have mercy! It was the ghost of a girl up on the walkway around the city water tower. The water tower is behind the police building downtown. Up until then I didn't take my grandparent's ghost story seriously.

When I saw the thing myself I believed it with my own big eyeballs. The ghost looked white or pale gray from where we were. My grandparents have lived in town since about 1990 and can't recall anyone dying on the tower.

But I guess there could be. Do you-unz remember anyone dying on the water tower? Or maybe there was a bad accident on it when it was being built?.

This ghost sighting is from 1999 on the Ross Swimmer road about 2 miles west of Westville Oklahoma. At the time I lived 1/2 mile from that road on U. S. Highway 62. I rode my bicycle down the highway and turned onto Ross Swimmer road and went south sight-seeing.
