My house is a historic house on the deed it shows it was originally built in 1897 but has been added onto and remodeled several times over the years as you can imagine. I am in my 30's and consider myself a fairly normal person I don't seem succeptable to ghostly or paranormal occurrences.

I went 24-25 years without so much as a spook and laughed at paranormal type talk.... I believe 99% of the time things have a logical explanation however over the last 5-6 years of living in this house, and in this older side of town I have seen / experienced things that have made me question what's going on in this town :) I wouldn't say the things going on in my house are all that wild...
But odd things like the washing machine stopping and the door standing open seeing shadowing figures brush past doorways items seeming to playfully misplace themselves then reappear quickly. My wife and I also were awoken very late at night by the sound of a crying/whimpering woman.
She sounded old and very sad almost wounded and crying out for help. The sound radiated throughout the house and even outside- we through on all the inside and outside lights and I went searching for maybe an elderly neighbor that has fallen in the middle of the night but to no avail..
