A house on Idlewild Street is haunted. I lived there for eight years, and after six years of nothing I started hearing footsteps on the wood floors walking, the same path every night. Kids toys started flying off of shelves, and air freshener plug-ins would get thrown across the room. There were lots of voices, screaming, and laughing. Shadow people and balls of light were also caught on camera as well as saw it. They did their own thing but would sometimes respond

to questions or act up if they were mentioned in conversation. We moved from there a couple of years ago, and I kind of miss it!.

I lived on Blair Street in an apartment on the bottom. It's Apartment B on the southwest side of Abilene. When I moved in I really didn't notice much going on in the small one bedroom apartment until I felt a cat's paw playing with my foot as I walked by my couch. I was startled, so I looked around for a cat. I didn't have one, so it bothered me. This happened every once in a while with long passages of time in between both by my couch and my bed.
There was a cabinet door that I had not opened in the kitchen area. I found a good sized bit of gray hair that was of a fine texture that I recognized as cat hair. It was a strange thing to find, but I then realized that the previous renter must have had a cat that had passed on there, and its spirit hadn't quite left. It never bothered me much after that, and every once in a while I would hear a meow or see something pass by the corner of my eye. Most things like that never bother me much. I believe it was just attempting to tell me it was there.
