We have been woken up in middle of night by old time music and people talking in our apt. My dogs get nervous and run to areas of the apt and start growling for no reason. We have never felt threatened and believe these are old residual hauntings.
Others in our building have experienced some of the same things. Others have also seen a female apparition wandering the bldg. Would love to see more stories posted about the Hotel Wooten.

3 months ago I heard Lincoln Junior High was haunted so I camped out at the school on the outside by the old lunchroom. I did not believe in ghosts but I have since then change my mind. About 4 in the morning people woke me up and they were laughing and talking, these were girls. Then all of a sudden they started running up and down the stairs and stomping their feet. I knew that there was nobody in the school that time of morning.
