A lot of creepy stuff happens on Song Bird Drive in Rosharon/Alvin. In a friends house a huge cross turned upside down and pans were rattling. That same house you can hear voices and see what appears to be a person running across the floors.. A house across the street burned down after a strange night, there were white dots in the sky that look like spirits and a small child crying on the porch. Other neighbors down that road have spooky stories

as well. Submitted by Jessi
Comment by Jennifer: My parents have a place across the street in Savannah Plantation, and ever since it was built I cannot stand to be alone in it at night. I always hear someone downstairs and I always feel like I'm being watched by something, whether I am inside or outside.

Comment by Louie: I grew up not too far from this area. I also have a keen interest in the paranormal. Many years ago I was told of a story about escaped slaves fleeing a plantation near the Brazos River. They were running east through that area (Savannah Plantation/Songbird Ranch) towards Chocolate Bayou. As they fled they were either captured or gunned down in that area.
Comment by Deliver: Jesi, as a exorcist I was concerned in reading this. Is there any proof? Ex: cross turning upside down. If not some kind of prank then there is a demonic presence there. If the history I read about slaves was true; could be a curse put on the property and dwellings. Voodoo or other ritual conjuring. Is your friend afraid or his/her family? Or is the occult being practiced there? You're in danger of exposure. Talk with your friend! Feel free to email confidentially. Danny w/ deliver us from evil lookingup4jesus @gmail .com.
Comment by Bubba: Is this the same Songbird Ranch off 1462. It's like a private airport with a few homes and a private airstrip? I was working at the hangar / home of my old boss John, laying a concrete pathway down to his stock pond. I'd hear whispering in his house but really badly outside. I was never scared or anything like that. I'd have feared his crazy neighbor Mason more than those voices!!! Not to say Mason was a bad or mean person at all. He was actually funny as hell but could be crazy! He tried to get me to buy this crazy motortrike. I was like I don't know Mason, lol. Anyway, I just thought I'd tell you about the voices I heard if this is the same place.
