Dear Adriana, I have lived here all my life and as long as I can remember that house has been empty. Yet someone up keeps it because there is nothing really wrong with it. And the yard is always pretty well kept.
I work at the Chinese food resturant across the street from it and I am fasinated with it. There is something weird about it. I always watch it to see if I can see anything in t here. Bt yeah, my boss calls it the killing house.

She has been there since 05' and she said since she has been here she has seen some bad things there. She gets a bad feeling from it too. But no details. Sarah.

Comment by Old-time investigator: The house was built in 1926. I believe it is owned by the place next door. There was an old woman who lived there a long time ago but not sure when she left/died...etc.
Comment by Bubba: Hello, I've lived in Alvin for 25 years. That house looks creepy kind of like out of a ghost movie. Anyway I've always seen things and continue to do so to this day. I'm interested in investigating but refuse to do it alone (I think it's too dangerous to do alone) anyway shortly after I met my wife we were supposed to go on a date.
I asked where I needed to pick her up? She told me around the corner (I lived in the neighborhood behind subway and sonic) then told me where exactly. So she was with her best friend who was dating a guy (David I believe) who lived there.
Upon being introduced I said ''man this place must be haunted! '' he told me he did not believe in ghosts. I said so you've never heard noises or seen anything? He told me he's never seen anything and the only noises were ''house settling'' and ''basic creepy house'' noises.
My wife's best friend spent a couple of night s and said she felt uncomfortable. Like she was being watched. My wife herself said she'd hear noises felt like someone was watching didn't like being left alone in rooms alone always thought when she'd go to the bathroom she'd look in a room and she would see ''that old lady'' (I asked what old lady and she refused and continues to refuse talking about it).
To this day when we drive by she looks away because she's afraid she'll look and shell see ''her'' looking back at her. I don't know why but shortly after I met David theft abruptly moved. So I don't know if it's haunted but I do believe it is.
Comment by L: My husband was born here in 1955. He says that at one time the house was a physician's office. He should know for he was brought there after being injured as a child.
