To those of you who say that you wake and sometimes you can't move I've experienced this too! And I know how scary it can be. However all it is is sleep paralysis. It's when your mind wakes up but not your body...
Or the other way around. To be honest I forgot which way it is. But b/c of that you hallucinate. Or your mind keeps dreaming. If it happens all the time you might have a serious medical condition. I googled the symptoms I was having and information about this came up.

It said something like 3 out of 5 adults will experience this in their life time. Anyway I'm sure some of my information is kind of off so just look into it for yourself for a much better understanding!!.
