They say that during the 1960's a janitor massacred some kids in the basement. I myself have experienced the kids playing in the playground.

Okay, I was at home once and it was late at night. Everyone had gone to sleep, but I stayed awake because I was finishing a conversation on the computer. It was around 12:00 am and I heard a noise behind me.
I wondered what the heck it could possibly be, so when I turned around I saw a figure of an old woman standing behind me dressed in very old clothing from long ago. I want to scream, and nothing came out of my mouth.
She then turned around and vanished. I later found out that an older woman from long ago had been murdered in my parents room. And in the living room I found out that several people were found decapitated.
