In my neighborhood in South Arlington there is a small historical landmark cemetery dating back to the mid 1800s. I believe that different spirits from it ''roam'' the houses nearby. They come and go as they please. I've lived here for about 3 years now with my parents, and all three of us have had experiences.
There doesn't seem to be a lot of activity in the winter months, but come spring and summer things start to really take off. It's all little stuff, for example,

shadows, electronics turning off, or the cat suddenly reacting strangely. Then every few days I usually hear voices around 3:30-3:45 a.m.

from the voices, I don't experience anything in my room only in the living room and the dining area. The biggest event, though something all four of us have experienced, is one particular spirit that does an amazing job of mimicking all of us. My parents and I have heard each other's voices clear as day. We have gone to see what the other person wanted only to be met with ''What? I didn't say anything.''
