We live over by Young Junior High and usually at night, you will hear scratching on the windows. I stayed up one night and looked out the window, a strange shadow appeared so I screamed and ran into my living room where the scratching seemed to follow, some of my neighbors have encountered the same thing.
A student at one of the near by schools even claimed that she saw a very pale girl weeping in a pile of leaves and when she approached the girl, she looked up and disappeared.

At Cedar Point apartments I encountered a very short man in an army uniform many times. It started with feeling like something was sitting on my chest and I couldn't sit up no matter how hard I tried so I used my hands to wake up my boyfriend at the time but he wouldn't budge, finally I was able to sit up and I saw the end of the bed move down like someone had sat there.
When my boyfriend finally woke up I saw him and he ran in the closet. After that I would see his shadow in the mirror on occasions and the toilets would flush during the night.
