and he was still curled up fast asleep in the same spot I saw him in.
My house was built some time in the early 1980s as a rental, and a neighbor has mentioned to me that there was an older gentleman who died either here or at the hospital while renting this property. Other than that all I can chalk it up to is visitors from the cemetery. Submitted by Lilly
Comment by Rachel: Omg! Back in the late 1990s my friend lived on that street that backs up to the cemetery, and I lived off of Collins Street. Yes, she said that she experienced strange things in her house. We used to go there sometimes and at night too. We found the oldest grave there from 1882. So yes, I believe it.

I have lived in the same apartment here in Arlington for the past seven years. I have had some very interesting things happen not to just me but my entire family. I told my husband this place was haunted. At first I did not think he took me seriously. Over the years though, he has changed his mind. One night in particular definitely changed his mind. We were in bed asleep when about 3:00 am something banged on our bedroom door. He got up and got a gun out of the gun safe in our bedroom. I just rolled over and said ''it's probably just the ghost.'' Well sure enough he walked all around the apartment, and nobody was there. I know that changed his mind.
Just recently about a month ago he went to the store and left his pack of cigarettes sitting on the coffee table. I was home. My ex-son-in-law was also with me, and we saw him set his cigarettes down. When he came back he was asking ''where'd my cigarettes go?'' We looked all over the house. I asked my son-in-law if he had not left his cigarettes right where I just said he did. He said ''yeah,'' he had seen him set them down also. His cigarettes were between our bed mattress and the box spring. Nobody moved them. We were sitting in the living room the whole time. Anyway, that was just a small sample of the things that have gone on around here.
