One day I was driving by the Driskill Hotel in downtown Austin. I rolled my window down and then I heard a crying sound, and there was a faint figure of an older lady and she had grayish hair walking out of the hotel and she started walking towards my car and literally walked through it and turned around and went back into the hotel.

Reports of employee sightings of a little girl in a white dress, maybe late 1890s or early 1900s inside the Sears store at Hancock shopping center. It happens when the store is close and there are no customers inside, only employees.
I do not know the history of the Sears building or the land that it was built on.|

Comment by Unknown: This is crazy! My high school sweetheart worked there back in the day, and I remember him telling me that there appeared to be a old-timey looking night spot underneath the building that he had to help carry some things down to for storage. He said he was very creeped out. I'm just curious as to what is the true story behind that place.

When I used to live in Riata I woke up around 2 or 3 in the morning. I wasn't even in school yet and I was about 3 or 4 years of age. Right outside my bedroom door was the pantry, and I usually look at it before I crash asleep again, but this time it was way different than the other times.
