I still wonder why these events happened on Halloween after that nothing else happened. Submitted by Somebody

I constantly always felt like there was someone staring or following me in my home. I would hear footsteps and see shadows. One day I decided to do some research on the past of my home found out it was built back in the 1940's. The only spooky thing I found out that is it could of been built on top of a family cemetery. There was a family that owned the property long before and family members of all ages died of small pox and were said to be buried in the area of my home.

They were offered a good amount of money to sell their land so that the county could build the railroad surrounding businesses and homes. They were told to moved all the bodies of their family to the cemetery Mt. Olive.

The only problem was that over the years some of the headstones or markers were gone or wore away. So all along northeast second st and area is to be haunted by disturbed graves and homes and businesses built on top. I still hear strange things and sometimes still see a shadow of a man or small child. Submitted by Big

The Big Spring Hospital is haunted. When I used to work there the nurses told me about the ICU being haunted by the spirit of a young man who died a terrible death in the ICU. He will sometimes show up.
