One being of sound mind and sober never thought I'd see a ghost. But one night at Leorana Ranch I was hunting alone . There is no electricity so it gets very dark fast. I was getting sleepy and tired when all of sudden I saw what appeared to a group of people walking towards me .
They were dressed in animal skin and others were naked. They had a burning stick and they were talking in a different language. I stood up as they were passing by, I wanted

to check it out closer. However the group passed me by without saying a sound .
I yell out loud and they just walked by. The group disappeared into

the bushes. It's was at that point that I grabbed my things and walk to my cabin. My wife asked me if I was alright, looked puzzled. I told her about what I had just witnessed.
This is my story. Believe it or not. That was the last time I hunted at night.

I've heard many stories of ghosts in Brackett. Most of them I heard played heavily off of the monster stories from Mexico, the ones that were just a little too farfetched for me to believe. Most of my experiences have been on old Fort Clark.
