In 1990 I worked on the restoration of the Citadel in Brenham. On the second floor another guy and I were sanding doors. We would take them down, put them on saw horses, and sand with a pad sander. I saw out of the corner of my eye a woman walk by. This other person and I were the only people on site at the time. The woman walked up to a window wearing only a man's large white dress shirt. She had black hair a little longer than shoulder length a little

wavy but not curly. The hair could have been a dark brown almost black in color. She was white skinned, very light complexion with sad eyes. Her eyes

maybe brown. She was probably in her high twenties to mid-thirties. If she was older she took great care of herself when she was alive. She was slim and maybe five foot eight or so. I think she had a ring on her finger, but if so it was on the wrong finger. The way she walked by I would have only seen her right hand. A single diamond seems right on a silver ring. Her nails were clear, not painted, and not too long. I think she wore a thin silver chain
