In that same apartment when I was about that same age (we lived there for almost five years) one time I was in my room, and I saw my mom walking into her bedroom with a tall man dressed in all black walking behind her. I thought somebody had gone to visit, so I went into her room to check who it was, but to my surprise she was alone.
On another occasion my mom's friend asked if she could spent the night, so my mom had her sleep in my bedroom.

The next morning my mom's friend told my mom that during the night she woke up to use the restroom and saw someone sitting on the couch with a black cloak.

My mom told her that she should've woken her up, but my mom's friend said that she got so scared that she didn't want to use the restroom anymore.
In another occasion my mom had a few friends over, but they were sitting outside with the front door open, so my mom could hear if I woke up. (I would only use my bedroom to play, but I would sleep in my mom's room.) Suddenly one of my mom's friends asked her if there were any lights turned on in my room
