There is a house out on Hwy 13. It's a very unassuming little house with a huge magnolia tree in the front yard with a large concrete porch and a collapsed storm shelter in the back yard along with a shed. I grew up spending some holidays at that house as it belonged to my granny and papa. Every time I was there odd things happened. Us kids used to sleep in the living room near the gas heater. The kitchen was just off the living room, and there was a small

hallway to the right with the two bedrooms off of it.
There were more than a few nights I would see a shadow cross from the kitchen to the hallway,

or I would hear the pantry door in the kitchen open and close. My papa was the 7th of 7, and he allegedly had the sight, but I do know I would sometimes hear him sitting at the kitchen table late at night talking to someone. Years later I found out he would sometimes sit up and talk to his long dead brothers.
After he passed away I went back there with family to clear out the house and collect some things for my dad. Even though the house had been locked up tight
