One year my son moved in with his family. My son warned his wife, but she told me flat out she did not believe in that stuff. Well, it didn't take long for her to become a believer. They moved out six months later.

Comment by anonymous: Wow! This is so crazy! I bought a home in Whisper Meadows in 2006 and the day of the final walk through I saw what I think is this same ghost. He was very tall with a plaid shirt and jeans / overalls and walked from the front through the back of my house never looking at anything but the ground- like you said he seemed to not know I was there but more like he wants tending to his field or crop.
This happened again the exact same way about 4 months later. My ceiling fan and lights would turn on/off all the time. My neighbor also had issues with their faucets turning on in the middle of the night by themselves.
Makes me wonder if this is the same ghost and maybe he owned that whole area out there.
