Johns St. I grew up there. Doesn't look as spooky as it used to anymore. The house has a large cistern beneath it that has ashes bones and coins from early 1900s. Some of the walls are 18'' thick for no reason with things inside them like children's toys and small metal cups with dried bloody rags and pieces of lead.|
There are bats in the chimneys that fill the bedrooms on occasion and secret small doors all over the house leading to places with
no electrical plumbing etc. It was built in 1918. Is it haunted? Probably.|
Is it creepy? Oh yeah. I wouldn't spend a night alone there. Anyone crazy
enough to do that would have to be more evil than whoever hid those things in the walls.|

Being new in town you always wonder what's the history behind things. Knowing me I love history. In fact I never use to believe that ghost where really or anything till August 27 / 28 2012. A friend and I had drove around town during the day I notice an old school remembering I looked up hearing it was ''haunted'' I told her she was like that's cool I want to come here sometime late at night. I was like okay I'll come with you.
By all means it's bowling night on college campus so we travel to Amarillo. Indeed I meet this guy when we come back he offered to go walking around. As we got closer to where I was telling him this school was haunted he was like no way and knowing me still thinking ghost and such are no such thing.
