I have been in Cleburne since 1980. As a small child I always heard adults speaking about how this old two-story on S. Brazos was haunted. We drove past it almost daily, so the stories really stuck in my mind. In 2010 I started a new job and found myself working with a lady who previously worked as a real estate agent. One day at lunch we were talking about ghosts, and she erupted with the story of a house that she had represented the year before on S. Brazos.
She was contracted to do the clean-up and make ready for the house to go on the market. She also had photos of the events she was dealing with trying to get that house ready. She had handprints on the bathroom wall that smeared downwards, even after being painted over twice! She experienced ice cold spots despite being very hot with no AC on. Images appeared in the bathroom mirror, and the final straw for her that caused her to walk away from the house was a wedding dress that was found in the room above the garage.

After attempting several times to throw this dress away in the cans at the road she would return over the next two days to the locked house to resume work, and the dress was back in that room! She was terrified at that point and refused to set foot in that house. What is there is very strong and has been there for a very long time. Anyone living there should be very vigilant.
