I never really thought Coolidge would be a place to be haunted! But I've been in houses that were but I was little so I didn't believe it. My mom's best friend house was haunted. And she always heard a lady saying ''get out''! .
Another one that I lived the house was haunted. My sister use to see a 6 foot tall man standing in the doorway. And the shadow was in black. I never thought Coolidge could be haunted. Lived here my whole life.
Heard stories.

But hey they are stories. I've been to almost every haunted place in Coolidge. Never felt haunted. But you never know!.

Once when I was about 7 or 8 years old there was a sighting of several ghosts. I was with my grandmother Louise Murphy and we had traveled to sandy to my grandfather's church and she had made a quick run into the c.
M. E church and I stayed outside in the car. I was surrounded by several ghost who walked out of the church cemetery which was located at the church. I remember this one woman trying to get into the car with me which was locked from inside.
I was so terrified that I immediatedly laid on the car horn for my grandmother. As they all emerged from the church and I told them what had happened. They all knew that I too had witnessed something they knew existed! Another occasion my father Roscoe Murphy jr.
