I lived in an old apartment complex on Jagoe Street with my oldest son's father while I was pregnant. It was a gorgeous apartment, a two-bedroom with a lot of wood working done. The landlord told us that an artist had designed the inside of the apartments. It was a perfect size and price for us. When I would be in the kitchen I could feel the presence of a woman, not angry but frustrated that I was in her kitchen. She would hide things I used on a daily basis to cook with: salt and pepper and cutting board. You name it; she moved it.
Several times I came in and found a set of pearls in a dish (neither of which belonged to us nor were there before. ) When I would go to get my husband and come back it'd be missing. In one of the rooms it was pure evil. It was supposed to be the nursery, but we couldn't handle walking in there much less leaving our child in there. In our room it was a weight of depression when you walked in. If you left the two bedroom doors open, whatever was in the room that felt like pure evil would stand in the doorway, stare into our room, and watch us walk down the hall.

My husband often heard voices saying ''I am so disappointed. Don't hurt them. '' Eventually it became unbearable, and we moved into the living room. When we did we kept the French doors at the end of the hall going into the living room closed and the hall light on. I woke from a dead sleep to running down our short hallway and saw shadows of something coming in from under the French doors. It was as if whatever was in the room that felt so evil had moved into the hallway. We ended up calling the landlord after that and paying off the last few months of our lease and moving.

I was visiting a friend in Crossroads, Texas. He lived in the 9000 block of Wild Rose Ln. and I stayed for two weeks. At that time a major storm came in and knocked down most of the fencing within the community including his but the house next door still had theirs standing.
