Is the purple and yellow Victorian home on Patrick haunted?.

Back in the mid 80's myself and three friends rented the top floor of Dunlin Realty located at the 100 blk. Of North Patrick st. In the down town area.
We often heard voices and several times our radio power would go off by itself. We often would hear someone walking up the old wooden stairs but they would never make it upstairs.

One night several of us were hanging around in the larger room, the old Masonic lodge meeting room.

Several of us saw two teenage girls walk into a small room. This being strange, we walked into the small room to see who it was only to find nothing.
Another time myself and one of the other guys walked in late at night while the breaker box had been turned off. Prior to locating the breaker box, something or someone hit the wall next to where we were standing scaring the Hell out of us.
Needless to say this was the last night we would ever go back. We packed up all our weight lifting equipment and vacated the building.
