I went to Dumas Junior High School. There are many urban legends about this school. Our teachers would tell us stories around Halloween, and I didn't believe them. One day I was walking through the halls when I was told to take a note to the office. I had to go up the stairs to get another paper from another teacher and bring that to the office too. Right next to the stairs I was planning in using is the custodian's closet. There are plenty of stories about how the janitor killed students. I paid no attention to the door and walked up the stairs.

I was about half way up when I heard a voice downstairs. I thought it was another student and ignored it. Suddenly I felt a little pull on the back of my shirt, and an echo of what sounded like thunder came from behind me. I turned and saw nothing but a paper I accidentally dropped at the end of the steps. Being bothered by the noise and tugging, I quickly grabbed my paper and ran upstairs.
One story that I now recall quite well is this. Three kids were teasing and pushing each other on the stairs. The janitor was trying to make his way down the stairs but could not due to the chaos. Him being the crazy murderer he is, he pushed the students down the stairs. They tugged on the janitor's clothes trying to not fall down the tall stair case. They all fell and hit the bottom floor with a loud bang. Their skulls were busted open and gushing blood. They were dead. The janitor walked down the stairs and cleaned up the blood and hid their bodies. He went on with his business like nothing happened. I usually do not believe in ghosts or anything like that for that matter, but this was a single exception.
