There had always been rumors of Houston being haunted in the girls' bathroom in the fourth grade hallway, we never believed them until that day. We all thought it was one of our classmates playing a prank on us so we all started to shout out names. '' was that you .... '' but everyone's voice sounded near the sinks. We all grabbed on to each other's hands to make sure. Sure enough, we were all at the sinks. To get even freakier, the lights turned back

It was the last couple of days of senior year at El Paso High School and my theater class was putting on a show. Me and two of my friends were really bored in the theater room so we decided to go snoop around the 4th floor which is said to be haunted, among other places at that school. We get into the elevator and one of my friends (jovi) tells us to hold hands so she can say a prayer. During the entire elevator ride, we feel fine but the moment the doors open, this feeling of fear comes over us.So jovi steps out into the middle of the hall, my other friend mandy follows and I step out just far enough that I am out of the elevator but able to keep my hand on the door so it will not close. Anyway, me and mandy kind of say in unision that we do not want to be there anymore and we want to get out and we both get back in the elevator and wait for jovi who's just standing in the middle of the hall staring at nothing. All of a sudden she bolts back into the elevator and tells us to go. Once the doors close, all feelings of fear just go away and jovi tells us that she had felt something brush against her shoulder.Anyways, we're scared but not enough that we want to stop so we decide to go to the first floor where the ''lady in blue'' is supposed to be. We're looking down the hall which is completely dark except for the red exit signs and we link hands and we start walking down.We get to the end of the hall where There is this small flight of stairs that leads to the band room and we stop. A clicking noise comes out of nowhere and I begin to feel this sort of heat on my face like if I was Embarrassed.Jovi and mandy, who are on both sides of me say that They are feeling cold and that they can smell something like smoke or sulfur. So we're freaked out and we turn to leave and at the same time, we all get this chill that runs up our backs. We ran away after that. El Paso high is definitely haunted. Submitted by Desiree

I lived in a house on the Westside that was haunted. I saw the ghostly figure many many times. It would appear in the corner of my bedroom. The house we lived in was on the mountain below the thunderbird.
