While this is not in Elgin it is very close to the town. We used to live out on Parsons Road about a mile or so from Parsons Spring Cemetery. A lot of weird and strange things happened around there and where we lived. My son and daughter would wait for the school bus on the corner of Formith and Parsons around 6:15 am, and they would tell me that they saw shadows and people walking then disappearing into thin air. I thought that my kids did not want to

get up so early to wait for the bus and wanted me to take them to school. I did drive them to school but that got old after a while. I then decided that

I would wait with them. Well, the kids were not lying!
Pretty soon I saw what they were seeing. I had the kids in the car with me, and I happened to look in the rear view mirror. I saw a small boy walking towards the car. I kept my eye on him but noticed that he was taking forever to get to the bus stop. I thought he was a neighbor's child, so I got out of the car and when I turned to face him he slowly faded away. Once when it was foggy we saw
