As I was driving back from school one morning at around 7:15, it was still dark outside. I saw a figure standing outside of a gate at a house. He/she was dressed in all black yet I could not make out a face, but he/she started to walk towards my car. As she was walking, I started to drive slowly away. When she got close enough to where you normally would be able to make out a person's face, I could not see his/her face. It had a hood covering its face. It was like it had no face, so I drove away as fast I could. Then he ran after me still with no face. Two weeks later I was walking with my best friend Gracie, and we saw a dog in a house, but he was looking at us, and his back was caved in like a zip line as if someone was riding down it.

A house in Elgin in the Shenandoah neighborhood definitely has something there. Things constantly fall off the shelf and toys you have to push the buttons to turn on will just come on, especially at night, but both night and day.

Don't dare do anything it doesn't like either or it will slap it out of your hand. Multiple people have seen a lady there and it smells like an old lady's perfume from time to time. 3 different people have experienced this and acknowledged this too on Blue Ridge Trl.
