Which would you like to lose? Sadness or happiness? If the lost soul that lives within your home sees how much you've been sad it'll take away as much sadness as it thinks you deserve not to have.
But when you're really happy it wants a sacrifice so it takes a little of your happiness. Same with all your other emotions or qualities... It wants them. But don't get freaked. They can be helpful or destroying.

My husband had gotten home late one night and went pass our children's swing. We live close to the cemetery and he heard a noise and when he looked back the swings were swinging and no air was blowing .
