I would like to find out more stories about any sightings at a house north St. Mary's Street. That was my grandparents house and I lived there for years. I have my own stories but I would like to find out others.I know that there are more people in fal. That have seen things there in the yard and I would like to hear their stories. If you can help me in anyway, I would be very thankful. :) the last owners that had property there were may grandparents Josepha and efrain.I am not too sure but I think it has been torn down. Or that is what I have been told. For years the house has been a huge part of my and my sister's lives. The stories and things that happened in that house are too many to count, but I do not know of one person who has been in or lived in that house that does not have an experience.One of mine starts out when I was five. My sisters and I played hide and seek in the house almost everyday. The upstairs was one part of the house that none of us kids ever went into due to the feelings that it gave off.I was the brave one.. I decided one day to hide upstairs because I knew that they would never come to look for me there. The main part of the upstairs consisted of two bedrooms.. A small bathroom in each bedroom and a large visiting area.The entire upstairs was never used for anything more than storage, so I found a large cardboard box that was full of blankets and climbed inside. I throw a hand knitted cadigan over my head and waited.(the floors were solid cherry wood and you could hear every step made in that house due to this. ) as I sit and wait, not but three to five minutes went by before I heard a shuffle of steps come into the room.It sounded like the steps of and adult and the air in the room got thick. The hair on my arms stood at attention and I knew that it was not any of my family that had entered the room. The steps came in halfway and stopped right in front of the box where I sat.Scared, I buried my eyes into my arms and waited hoping that it would leave quickly. Listening carefully I never heard the steps leave, they did not move from in front of the box, but the air cleared.Bravely I jumped from the box and ran as fast as my feet could carry me back down the stairs. When I got downstairs, I looked everywhere and could not find anyone in the house. My grandmother was in the little store which was connected to the house.She was swamped with customers and my sisters were nowhere to be found. In tears I asked my grandmother where everyone was and she told me that right after the game started my mother had come home and everyone had been gone to the grocery store for some time.When my sisters came home I told them what had happened. They felt so bad because they knew that I had gone upstairs. The sister that was counting peeked, and she never did go looking for me. There were so many things that happened in that house and in the yard that now the paranormal in now normal to me.If anyone else can tell any stories or fill me in on what is happening with the property I would be very grateful. While living in an apartment above califas store in or about 1997,my husband and my children and I experienced several phenomena which we could not explain. The phenomena started with my daughter that came to me one night stating that she had been awoken from sleep and had seen a little girl walk from her sisters room through her room into the bathroom walking through the door.

My personal experience happened one day while everyone was home. After cleaning house I laid down to rest, I closed my eyes and heard little feet running towards the bed then around it, then I heard somebody lay on the floor and start to make babbling noises like a baby.
I told my youngest daughter to stop acting like a baby as I got up to look, and no one was there. I lived there about a year and a half and had other strange experiences.
