I am looking to contact any Lipan Indians that may still live in Falfurrias. I am from Helotes, which was a sometime Lipan settlement in the early 17 and 1800s. My email is dcgalvan@ gmail .com. Submitted by David

Witches creek. Ever heard of it? If you are from Falfurrias, TX. I'm sure you have. This place was known as a place where women (witches) would sacrifice babies. If you park on the bridge, turn off your vehicle and roll down your windows, you could hear the cries of the hopeless infants being burned alive underneath the bridge and out in the open woods.

Once you've heard the babies stop crying, you are to run, fast, drive, fast, anything, just to get out of there because it is said that the witches' come to sacrifice your bodies because they have run out of babies. Submitted by Letty
Comment by Cam: No way it's even true or possible? Pretty interesting stuff though.
