Late at night in Northview Village, it is said that you can see a woman running towards cars as they pass by as if she is needing help. It is also believed that faces can be seen in the mirrors of a two-story house, and that the water faucets turn off and on.

A house in Northview Village has doors open late at night, footsteps can also be heard late at night followed by a woman's voice and the laughter of small children. Footsteps can also be heard running down the hall way late at night.
