Comment by Yessica: We have had similar experiences as well. The little girl, the boy , and the lady. I'm wondering if you have not also seen the shadow man? I live behind the Exxon 5 minutes away from Walmart.

We bought our house in Northview Village seven years ago. The first year we were here my daughter and I both experienced unexplainable things. Lying in bed one night I could hear children laughing and singing outside my bedroom door. Thinking it was my own children I opened the door to tell them to be quiet, only to find they were asleep in their rooms. On another occasion I was sleeping and woke up feeling the presence of someone standing over me. I got up and checked under the bed and throughout the house. I then went back to bed, lying on my back (fully awake) I felt a hand on my back trying to lift me up. I immediately jumped out of bed ran out of my bedroom into the hallway and ran into my daughter (then ten years old) who described the same thing happening to her.
Over the years we have felt and heard other things in our house. Like, someone whistling and catching blurred visions of a young girl out of the corner of our eyes. We have also had toilets flush on their own. Although very creepy, we have never felt threatened by these things. In fact I have felt safer in this house than any other we have lived in. I think whatever ghosts are out here in our little town mean no harm. My daughter and I know these things are true, and that is all that counts. I was just excited to find that we were not the only ones here in Northview village to have experienced these things.
