As we walked deep into to cemetery we spot a shadowy figure run behind Tombstone after Tombstone and stop. At first we thought it was a stray cat or maybe raccoon but it wasn't. It turned the corner with it's red eyes and hoof sounding steps towards us so we ran back out of the cemetery to run away from it fearing our lives.
We really never when back after that encounter.

In 2003 my husband was building a home. He was working out of town a lot and at the time we were living in Waco at the time. He would work weekends just to get the job done faster. I would go and stay with him on the weekends.

On this particular weekend we were going to staying in the really old house from the 1800s. So while the crew went to work me and a friend drove out to the house. It wasn't in the main part of Fredericksburg but rather in the country.
We pulled up to the gate and made the long descent down the driveway. It was a beautiful setting tall oak trees were everywhere. But the house looked kind of eerie. We wanted to walk around the grounds first and we came up to a circle of trees and the middle was the largest windchimes that I have ever seen, and scattered around in different random parts of the yard were gargoyles as we are walking around my friend tells me that she over heard one of the guys say that the place is haunted.
I felt it as soon as I walked in the door. I went and took a quick look around and picked one of the rooms that felt safe. Later that evening we were are hanging around the fire and I realized that I had left my drink on the front porch.
