Taking the local ghost walk in Fredericksburg, a lady in our group caught this image at the old courthouse. There is a story of an Native boy that was captured and killed on the grounds where the courthouse sits. The image to some looks like a woman, but I believe it's the Native boy peeking out the window. It's definitely ghoulish! Also the window he is peering out of is 8 ft high. One would have to be standing on a ladder. This was taken at midnight.

My husband and I saw this while walking back to the hotel tonight. I didn't see the blue blur at first. I tried to get it again by taking three more pictures.
