We were looking for a rental home, a couple and a single mother with a three-year-old daughter. We lived in this neighborhood in Friendswood for ten months in 1984. We had found a large home with a great room and a fireplace. The master bedroom had his and her closets and basins. There was a small bedroom by the front entrance, and across the entrance walkway from that bedroom was the kitchen and garage. The last bedroom was in the back.

five months not much was noticed, and we were enjoying the home. Then one Saturday afternoon the two women were screaming. I ran into the kitchen to see

what a matter was. They said it sounded as if someone was in the garage smashing and tearing it up, but when I arrived I only heard them, so I was skeptical. I went into the garage and didn't find a thing out of place.
Later on another weekend we were in the garage, and the ladies said a dark figure passed between us. Again I didn't see anything. Then one day when I was watching the three-year-old. She was in her room playing. She came up to me and
