I lived in Heritage Park Village for about 15 years and weird things would happen on and off in my house. My sister and I would hear loud bangs as if a bookshelf had fallen over, or the roof had caved in. The windows would shake. We would investigate, and nothing would be out of place. I've seen door knobs turn and things unexpectedly fall from shelves for no reason. A dark presence was often felt in the house to the point where friends didn't want to come in or go in certain rooms. I had a friend live with me for a while who was screaming in her room at night. She said she had felt frozen and could see a dark shadow and felt like it was trying to harm her or take over her body. Just so many things happened there. I had friends in the same neighborhood that had weird things happen in their houses though not to that extent. The house across from me was always re-inhabited. This made me think maybe it was haunted.

In the early 90's my father passed away at home. My husband small children and I came for the funeral and we all slept in my childhood bedroom. The first night my husband and I were awakened by a radio (in the room) playing ''Daddy's Hands''; my husband got up and held up the radio to show me it wasn't plugged in and then he discovered it also had no batteries in it! We moved into this house and experienced many similar friendly visits from my father.

My children and nephew still talk about what transpired in that house.

Hi my name is Becky I used to live in heritage Park about 15 years ago. The house I lived in was on barkentine. The house was haunted I had strange things that happen to me in that house. Some things that happened was my bed shaking one time.
A bobbing head that was moving across the fireplace mantel. TV turned on in the middle of the night no cable hooked up just fuzz on the TV. That's just some things that happened in that house.
