As I proceeded along the road I saw and heard the grass on my left bend down as if someone were walking with me. I did not feel scared but just observed the experience as it occurred. I returned through this area on my way home from my walk and the smell was gone as well as the cold temperature in the air.
I have several other stories about this roadway that I have written. Rolater Road has been paved and the Richwoods subdivision is almost complete.

However the area where the incident occurred has not been developed.
I don't care how nice the homes or the Richwoods development is! I would not

want to live there!.

My family lived in one of the old homes (land was deeded in 1902) near downtown. My wife and I one night heard a child crying ''mommy'', went upstairs and all of the kids were asleep. My daughter had her bed shaken a couple of times. She was also touched on her back while laying in bed.
