On Thursday, June 30th, 2011 at about 8 pm, we drove down to the Upshur county courthouse in Gilmer, Texas to see the damaged roof that landed on the front lawn there. Well I took a picture of the roof and I was looking at the picture last night and noticed what appears to be a figure wearing a black cloak, if you zoom in you can see eye sockets that appear to be of a red color.
I thought maybe it was just a shadow, but it is in front of the yellow tape and no one is near it or looking in that direction. Is it real or not?.

I live in Gilmer myself. Does the courthouse have some sort of paranormal history?.

I live in Gilmer. Is there activity there at the court house? If so, ima go investigate.
