With this in mind they keep the house at about a 75 degree temperature range, but when this was happening it was much colder because I could see my breath. As I was trying to yell for help and try to get up I couldn't, but my eyes were wide open.
Something was holding me down to the couch and just kept pushing and pushing me further into the couch and whispering and talking to me, but I couldn't make out what it was saying. After about 5 minutes

it finally stopped and I got up.
That's when I noticed the figure standing by the backdoor looking at me. Ever since this happened I have been hearing

someone call my name and laughing. Every time I go into his bathroom I hear whispers and someone touching me.
This is my story, it was very frightening to me. And is 100% true.
