The top floor of the court house in Groesbeck definitely has some sort of unexplained activity going on inside. I have witnessed it myself when it was a juvenile detention center. I and another employee have both felt something or someone tap us on the shoulder. Thinking it was one of the kids, I would ask ''what?'' and when I turned around no one was there. On occasion, late at night, the juveniles and I could hear faint voices in the background. We

could not make out what they were saying, but you could tell it was an argument of some sort.
There were two spiral stair wells from the top floor,

both leading down into the courtrooms. They were said to have been used by the jurors long years ago when they would go upstairs and discuss a court case. I have never heard of the court house being built on and Indian burial ground. I am sure that was a myth. I know something is there. I have heard it walk the floors more times than once. I also had it throw something in front of me one night while I was sitting in the day room watching TV. I could not find
