Help please! There is an all brick home for sale on W Lamar in Hico that my husband and I adore, but when I looked at the sale history I noticed that it has been sold every couple of years (at one point someone lived there for 6 months) and pretty cheap for the size and appearance of the home.
It has not been renovated at all so it doesn't appear to be some type of house flipping thing. I have tried looking up the history of the house but can't

find any info. I am not from the area so I am hoping that if it is rumored to be haunted that someone could let me know.
I have two young babies, so

a haunted house is the last thing I need to worry about. Thank you.

Don't know if it's still there but in the center of town there is / was an old hospital that was being used as a antique store. I went there with my sister in law and my husband. We were going there to pick up an antique stove.
My sister in law had bought several pieces from the couple who owned the hospital. The first floor was in good condition and is where they ran there business and the other floors were in need of repair.
